Support for you, not just your research
My wellbeing and career support services
-
1:1 coaching
In academia, the emphasis is almost always on the research, not on the people doing it. I flip that on its head, providing a grounded, nonjudgemental space in which I support you in figuring out what you want and how to go about making it a reality.
-
Wellbeing webinars and workshops
If you want something less in-depth than 1:1 coaching, I also offer group webinars and online workshops designed to help you deal with the horrors that academia can throw at you, on topics like coping with common stressors, figuring out how (and when) to say no, and identifying and prioritising the things that support your wellbeing.
-
Tailored support for small groups
If you want something tailored to the specific career and wellbeing challenges that you’re facing, you can hire me to create and deliver something tailored to you - online or in-person.

Learn more about my approach before you commit
The support I offer researchers draws on multiple strands of my background and identity. These include my experiences of working in (and then burning out of) academia, my years of providing and receiving coaching and mentoring in the workplace, my first-hand knowledge of living with undiagnosed and diagnosed ADHD, and my background in psychology.
