Book 1:1 coaching sessions

Time and space for the person behind the research

I offer 1:1 coaching for researchers at any stage of their career. I won’t try to hand you a solution to whatever challenges you’re facing, but I can provide you with a calm, nonjudgemental space to talk about the things that you can’t say to your manager or your supervisor.

My goal is to help you figure out what you want and how to pursue it.

I particularly love supporting people who are neurodivergent, because I have ADHD myself and I know there’s nothing quite like talking to someone else who gets it. I also love supporting people who are in career transitions, whether that’s between different stages of an academic career, or out of academia to a different type of work.

The support I offer draws on multiple strands of my background and identity. These include my training in psychology and neuroscience, my first-hand knowledge of living with undiagnosed and diagnosed ADHD, my experiences working in (and then burning out of!) academia, and my years of coaching and mentoring colleagues, students and researchers in the workplace.
